February’s weekly specials are in full swing at the Pin High Bar & Grille, where you can now make reservations for our February 11th Sushi Night. This Thursday only, Chef Keith takes on Japan’s classic cuisine and offers a variety of hand-rolled sushi, in addition to the regular Pin High menu. From classic favorites to more inventive creations, the Sushi Night menu features something for everyone, with a variety of cooked and traditional starters, sushi, and chirashi.

Choose from the delectable crab Rangoon or the Chef’s selection of sashimi, among other options, before selecting from a variety of 8-piece rolls like the Tuna Tempura Roll, Philly Roll and Spyder Roll. If maki and nigri rolls aren’t up your alley, chirashi might be just right. Though not as well known as sashimi or hand-rolls, chirashi is a popular Japanese dish that features scattered sushi toppings in a bowl of rice. Pin High will be offering several chirashi selections, including a fully-cooked Tempura Soft-Shell Crab chirashi. Keeping with the night’s theme, a cold and warm sake menu will also be available.
